Defining a vulture culture tool

Keogh is a leader in business transformation consulting. As part of their ever-evolving offering, Keogh had researched and developed a new tool focusing on culture transformation. In order to launch it to market, and set their unique three-pronged model apart, they needed to name and brand it.

Enter Cultivate — a tool to grow your culture. I created the product name, positioning and key messaging across its rollout. The launch was a resounding success, seeing them land key corporate clients to use the tool.

The name Cultivate embodies Keogh’s approach to culture. Backed by research, they embed their tools and consultants within organisations, partnering to grow organically from the inside out.
